KN Office Celebrations Show Creativity, Camaraderie
The Roseland office, always leading the company in zaniness, held a "First Thursday" Peanut Butter Fest, emcee'd by Business Insight's Kelly Farrelly (whose fondness for peanut butter sandwiches inspired the occasion) and Albina Itskhoki. Sandwich fixings on hand for the fearless included Twizzlers, M&M's, bananas, celery, pretzels, a variety of jellys, cucumbers, potato chips, popcorn, cereal, raisins, hot fudge and even hot sauce – all intended to be combined with peanut butter!
In late August, the Cincinnati and Fulfillment Offices went to River Downs for an afternoon of racing. "We all enjoyed drinks, food and some friendly gambling, reports Nancy Sauerbeck (AVP, Business Insight). "A good time was had by all!"

Finally, the Palo Alto office checked out the go-cart races at GoKart Racer in Burlingame, CA.

As part of "Team Enduro Racing," drivers were divided into teams who had to share one gokart for a 50-minute race session. The team that completed the most laps – with each driver completing at least one lap – won! The winning team was Bee Nguyen and Lawrence Meehan; Ben Spar and Wendy Wallner were 2nd place, and Michael Vallerga and Rebecca Weisbart came in 3rd.
