Matt Hubbard
Research Analyst, Project Management
Matt graduated from Stonehill College in 2011 with a B.A. in Mathematics, with a focus on statistics and reporting. In his free time, Matt enjoys tutoring high school and middle school students in math, volunteering at his hometown's youth hockey league as a coach, and spending time with friends and family. He also tries to make time everyday to walk his 130-pound Saint Bernard, Rocket.

Gintare Anuseviciute
Research Analyst, Project Management
Gintare is originally from Lithuania, where she received her B.A. in Public Administration/ Politics. She moved to New York three years ago and fulfilled one of her dreams – doing an internship at the United Nations Permanent Mission of Lithuania! Gintare is currently taking the last few classes at the City University of New York/City College toward her Master's degree in Economics. She loves travelling and outdoor activities (especially rollerblading and bicycle riding) and can talk for hours about basketball (she is a big fan of Lithuania's national team).
Thomas Kertesz
Director, East Coast Sales, KN Dimestore
Over the past 14 years, Tom has worked on the client development/sales side with Harris Interactive, MarketTools and Ipsos. His focus has been in the life sciences, CPG, content, and media markets. Tom lives in the small lake community of Green Pond, New Jersey, with his wife, Kristyn, and daughters Riley and Sarah; he likes to spend his spare time enjoying the lake with his family and friends.
Kara Delorey
Senior Research Analyst, Project Management
Kara is returning to Knowledge Networks as a member of the New York office, after being based in Needham in her previous KN “life.” She brings over five years of research experience and has worked in both supplier- and client-side settings. She earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Northeastern University. In her spare time, Kara enjoys traveling, painting pottery, and spending time with friends and family.
Nina Duraiswami
Research Analyst, KN Dimestore
Nina graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Cognitive Psychology. She worked as a research writer at a theoretical physics think tank in Cambridge, MA, and is enrolled in the Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences M.A. program at Columbia University. In her spare time, Nina enjoys singing jazz and composing songs.

Kathleen Connolley
Research Analyst, Government & Academic Research
Kathleen holds an M.A. in Social Science from the University of Chicago, where she focused on research methods and institutional research. She received her B.A. with honors in Psychology and French from Grinnell College; while there, she served as a research assistant in a social and personality psychology lab.
Matt Freitas
Desktop Support Administrator, IT
Matt has well over a decade and a half of experience in the tech arena. He has spent most of his time as a consultant to a variety of clients, from the private sector to education. His previous company, Rhino Network Solutions, had Matt traveling up to 300 miles a day – so he is more than happy to be in one place. If he's not in the office, chances are Matt is in the car on a road trip or teaching his dog a new trick.
Niki Tyson
Associate Vice President, CPG/Retail
A native of Ohio, Niki has over 13 years of market research experience – beginning at Maritz, where she managed CSAT tracking programs across all GM auto divisions. Niki then moved to the east coast to join a boutique firm, Sponsorship Research International (SRi), as a Research Manager; there, she was responsible for all aspects of client management, including proposal writing, survey design, field management, and delivery of final analysis for clients such as American Express, Nike, and Pfizer. Niki's professional career has also taken her to IBM, TNS, and, most recently, InsightExpress, where she managed a portfolio of custom research business for clients such as AT&T, Cisco Systems, and Starbucks. (The IE job also brought her to the West Coast.) In her spare time, Niki enjoys NY Times crossword puzzles, reading and college football.
HOME-BASED
Jeff Bruley
Programmer, Online Survey Development
Jeff was born and raised in Minnesota and currently works from his suburban Minneapolis home office. He graduated in 2005 from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN, with a BS in Computer Science, after which he went to work for GfK Custom Research North America. Jeff started off in GfK'sr Data Processing group for two years before moving into survey programming, where he spent almost 4 years programming online studies for GfK's Consumer Products, Automotive, Customer Loyalty, Finance, and Brand & Communications divisions using the Dimensions platform. In his "previous life," Jeff was a staff accountant for various Twin Cities companies. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, travelling, and trying not to burn the house down with his cooking.
